"With 3 of us in the room, we needed 3 keys, Most of the time only 1 key would work. Every time we wanted in the room, we had to go to the front desk, ring the bell, wait for someone to come out to re-program each card. The desk attendent acted like it was our fault the keys quit working! Had to ask for more towels, didn't offer more shampoo or soap. Only offered more coffee for the room.
