"I was skeptical of renting without seeing this property first. Maybe the 10 rating wouldn’t be accurate. THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! Our family can’t stop raving about it. Please read the history of the barn and appreciate the history. Memories are made here!!!!! Believe the pictures of the property and the reviews. We are already planning our next trip. "

"It’s a room in a small horse barn and it’s exactly what I needed. Quiet, greeted by host and then allowed to enjoy the property without interference. The bathroom is tiny but that was to be expected. Really loved the property. Only 7 miles from Loudenville so phone internet and navigation worked. Horses helped my heart as I was not in town for pleasure, it was the break I needed. There’s a full kitchen but I didn’t need it. Streaming channels and the bed and pillows were very nice."
