"Beautiful 5 star hotel 20 minutes walk away from city centre of Arequipa. Nice garden and swimming pool area. Rooms are big and nicely furnished in classical style. Beds firm and really comfortable. We had a problem at check-in (hotels.com status not recognised) but that efficiently was solved on second day. "This is a peaceful hotel in the local colonial style with a nice courtyard and upper terrace. The triple room was quite spacious. The food onsite was very good which was convenient when one of us fell ill. The breakfast was stellar. The staff was also very friendly and service oriented. Highly recommend!"

"Absolute hidden gem. A true Boutique Hotel. The breakfast is fabulous, the garden beautiful. It’s quiet. Owner lives on site and is a great resource. Conveniently located , only a 10 min safe walk to the Plaza de Armas. We highly recommend Villa Elisa."
