"We really enjoyed the set up of this hotel. It was nice to be able to have a balcony looking down on the activities. The bed was extremely comfortable. There were a few minor things that I was not a fan of. For instance, the drain clogged during my husbands shower. He had to screw something back in to fix it in order to drain again. "The room was very nice. I was there for my son's graduation ceremony from NUOH. They came to our room and complimented it as well. We also had a little pool party and it was great. We decided to stay another night and there was no issue with booking our room again. Thanks for having us. We'll probably book with you on our next visit. "

"not plesant, the place was dirty, worn out! tapestry in the room was falling of, fungus in the bathroom, toiletpaper used to fill holes in the walls. the carpet was greasy, floor in bathroom broken. Had a screaming man in the hallway in the middel of the night, an another man only wearing speedos in the hallway when i arrived. to be fair, the Wi-Fi was working ok. I could on, but no need to do that."

"Everything seems new. Very clean. Breakfast was ok. Room coffee wasn't very good (better downstairs in the lobby) but all the other room amenities were excellent. The beds were very comfortable and the tv controls were better than most hotels, still, some of the tv apps were very slow or didn't work at all. Very nice place to stay."

"This house was perfect for our trip to Lima to see a show. The house was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen had everything needed to cook a full meal, including a well stocked fridge! We stayed in the cold weather, so we couldn't try out the pool, but it looked nice. The location was a super cute and walkable neighborhood, and it took no time to get around to our destinations. "Upon arrival we fell in love right away with the property, neighborhood and quaintness of the area. We were a little disappointed in the size of the room as we were in Rm 1. Great that we didn't have to make the stairs though. Loved everything about our stay and the quietness of the neighborhood. Enjoyed sitting and relaxing on the front porch. All in all it was a great stay. Enjoyed all the text messages upon arrival up until leaving. Very personal and informative. We will definitely be back....
