"Room was clean, pool was warm and beautiful!! People were courteous. Everything was wonderful. Only room for improvement being the option for extra linens. My kids wanted to be able to spread out and extra blankets were limited, also, we checked in with 5 people in the king suite and there were only 4 pillows available. After asking several times, the night clerk went into an unused room and got us a 5th pillow. Would absolutely stay again!!! "

"This place was super cute and you can tell it was recently updated. The room itself is super clean, stocked with all the goods you would find in a larger hotel and check-in/out is quick & easy. It doesn’t seem like it, but this place is walkable to the downtown Aitkin stretch (roughly 30 minute walk). we were able to check out some cute shops and grab a bite from a cute local spot. "

"This place was beautiful! We will definitely be back!! We stayed in the octagon and had an amazing time. The owners were great to work with. "We visited Hill City for the 4th of July to celebrate and visit family. We wanted our own space to retreat to with our two children and this property was perfect! It sits just outside of town, away from the crowds but close enough to quickly get back to the fun! The units were clean, nicely organized and had everything we could have needed if we forgot something. The view of Hill Lake is gorgeous. I highly recommend this place if you need a quiet, peaceful lake retreat! "
