"The room was clean and the staff was absolutely amazing. I wish there was a little fridge in the room though. Medin (staff) is the sweetest and most professional person I’ve ever met. Thank you so much! "

"I just love this hotel, the locations is perfect, service tip top, food is really good. Everytime i come to lucerne i stay here and i will keep on doing that. Oh and the view is amazing..."

"It was a nice room with a good bed. The entrance to the hotel tries to be very classy, but the service doesn't live up to the attempt. Service is not particularly good, we asked for more coffee pods but never received them. The main reason to get this hotel is the view from the balcony, which does make up for price and issue the hotel has. "

"All good, except the internet was so bad, because they dont understand that you need to a have wifi router on each floor. "

"Ok"
