But most important of all was the sound isolation at the room and windows. Very seldom seen on that good level in Addis Ababa. "The best part of this hotel is the staff. I was there for almost 3 weeks and the staff is so incredible kind and caring. They are the gem of this place. The hotel itself is pretty standard. They have everything you need including a very lovely spa and 2 restaurants. It gets a bit loud on the weekends because of the live music in the downstairs bar so if you are sensitive to sound, I recommend getting a room on the left side of the building - towards Bole road and away from the parking lot and...

"This hotel was gorgeous and grand. We loved our huge room which had two bathrooms, a living room, several closets, and a huge king sized bed. It was very spacious and we had a very nice view of the courtyard and pool. The scenery was beautiful with lush plants and flowers. There was lots of variety for breakfast and the staff were quick to accommodate to whatever you needed. There were several ATM machines available and transportation was easily accessible. You never needed to leave the hotel....
