"We visited 3 days as a family of 4 and never did they replace the towels, empty trash nor straighten beds. We had to ask for extra coffee for the morning (staff politely supplied) and the coffee machine in the breakfast area did not have regular coffee, just decaf. The room smelled musty and the wall air conditioner was not very cooling."

"The couple (I believe they are a couple) who own this place are incredible. So, nice, so accommodating, such a lovely couple of people. However, I do need to be honest. The place was not great. * Let me preface and say that I am not a high maintenance person, if there are scuffs, dents and dings in places - I don't care, that's normal. "We, my husband and I stayed here last year and added my sister and her husband thia year. We were asked to switch cabins, not a problem at all. It was exactly the same. Everyone mentions the cleanliness and its true. The funny thing was my sister walked around the cabin and exclaimed, "it's just as clean outside." More than that, it is quiet with nature sounds all around. I love the front porch and the firepit area. Everything is top quality and so well maintained. We will be back."
