Full house and yard. Garage is locked for owner access only.

Pets
UP TO 2 WELL BEHAVED DOGS PER STAY. Please be responsible for your dogs during your vacation and while you are away from the house. We strongly encourage using crates while you are gone just in case being in an unfamiliar house may cause anxiety in your pets and cause them to act out. If damage occurs, guests will be responsible for replacement or payment of items. Please pick up dog waste in the yard (pooper scooper and trash can provided) and around the neighborhood if on walks (doggy bags provided).

Additional Information
Beach gear provided for use during summer time (towels, chairs, paddle boards, cooler). Chairs and cooler are located in the storage shed on the rear patio

Guests must be 23 years or older to stay.

A MAXIMUM of 6 guests are allowed on the property at all times. This is a fire code requirement and cannot be adjusted.

NO large gatherings or parties. NO exceptions.

Security cameras are located on the exterior of the residence, on all sides, for your security, as well as security of the residence.

All appliances/Wi-Fi must stay plugged in at all times.
