Dear Brian, I'm the owner you spoke during your check-in. WOW! I am surprised to read your review. You tried to use a maxed out card which caused the problem in the first place. Your method of guarantee that you have promised were declined by the processor; three times. And we had to use our backup device to process your 'alternate card' which wasn't provided to Expedia. That card did not allow online pay and pre-authorization. Brian, how could we take pre-authorization, which allows other payment method, if your card won't allow it? We went over and beyond to accommodate your situation, because we are Prairie folks, and we are hit with a bad review. Brian, listen to me, we did not max your credit card, someone else did that, and that's not us, you shouldn't do this to people who help you. Have a great long weekend.
