The answer was uncertain and unimpressive indicating that this fee is just another charge on the room. "The hotel is unique and provides so many amenities! First we were greeted by very friendly and helpful staff at check in! Our room was clean and the lodge has a beautiful common area and view. The zoo, museums and park area is amazing! So many trails to take all within the park. Can’t wait to come back this fall!! "

I think it is still looking for its footing as a hotel/corporate conference training center for public, so being able to stay here feels like I have a 6 Sigma training with Neutron Jack at 8:AM.
The place is something to see for yourself hurry!!"

"Very unique property. It's a big onsite property like a campus - and they have carved out a hotel area. Very new, well kept buildings and grounds. The location is actually on a long hiking trail with beautiful views. The room wasn't huge but very clean and beautiful floor to ceiling windows. Staff was very helpful. It's a great alternative to the chain hotels in Elmsford - a whole different vibe. Has the Hudson Valley character. "
