"I was really happy with my stay at this hotel. My room was spotless, had a nice little sofa, long desk/work area, comfy bed, microwave, Keurig, and mini fridge. I had very pleasant interactions with all of the staff, and I would stay here again in a minute if I come to Sacramento for work again. Great location too- 12 minutes to the capitol building in downtown, and close to lots of restaurants and grocery stores. "

"It was nice touch to have the personalized welcome on the tv screens. I really like the modern decor and the space in the suite and how clean it was. The bed was a lot more comfortable than the last place we stayed at with no depressions. Really liked it!"

"The rooms have outdated appliances and not in the greatest condition but they do the job. Price is reasonable but the facilities are a bit dirty/not well kept. There is a lot of long-term tenants so feels a bit odd but if you mind your own for the most part everyone keeps to themselves. Staff wasn't as helpful as I would have liked but they arnt rude or anything. Also our room wasn't ready by check in time and we were asked to come back in 45-1hr so definitely not convenient at all."

"We went here prior to Lion’s Gate and this place was no good. It was gross and had trash inside the room, poop on the toilet seat, a used condom in the bath tub. It was nasty. It was a lot of unsavory things going on there and the bathroom smelled like marijuana due to tenant next door smoking in their bathroom it came through the vent. It was not somewhere we wanted to stay so we got a refund after less than 20 minutes. Never again at any location with this name."
