"We had a great stay and the only issue was that we had a delay in getting hot water but the hotel was able to offer us another room for us to use. The property is right next to the Pipila statue and use of the funicular was complimentary with our reservation so that was a plus! The view was amazing from our balcony and totally recommend this property! We had a great experience and overall cleanliness of the room and hotel was great! "
