Make yourself at home in this 2-bedroom waterfront retreat. The home features two queen beds and a twin bed, perfect for a small group (max. 4) or family. It is sited on .78 acres with water on three sides! Facing directly west across broad water, sunsets are often amazing. Two 200-year-old oak trees shade the yard facing the water and a grove of pine trees shade other areas. Recently fully renovated on the inside with all new paint and new leather furniture, linens and beds.
The property sits at the very end of a road and it very quiet. Crab and oyster boats work the bay and recreational boats enliven the view.
Taking the Tangier Island Cruise?: the house is just 10 minutes away! A free!, fun, lovely six-passenger car ferry is just 1.4 miles away...the Sunnybank Ferry operated by the State of VA.

Three other buildings are in the compound.
-- a large shed converted into an arcade room! Currently there is a foosball table and 1 Arcade1Up arcade machine with dozens of games. Also in the arcade room - you'll never see this anywhere else - it has a curated collection of +/- 25 vintage water sprinklers (c. 1891 - 1960) on display! Read about their fascinating histories.
-- a large former boat repair shop which now houses living room furniture, a 8' oak bar and stools, pro-size table tennis, darts and (more coming). Two kayaks are stored on the outside of the boat house (PFD's and paddles are kept inside).
-- a boat house and boat lift with three docks. Boats welcome (capacity 12-15,000 lbs! For crabbing/fishing, we have multiple crab pots, two fishing rods and a bucket and net. Enjoy them all!
