"This property is in the heart of downtown Grand Rapids, surrounded by amazing restaurants and unique shops. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. The rooms are quiet; I would have not known that anyone one else was in the hotel had I not seen them in the lobby or on the elevator. They make the best scrambled eggs I've ever had at a RI! I highly recommend this hotel. I will certainly stay there again the next time I return to GR to visit family."

"The best part of this hotel is the esthetics of the lobby and hallways and the shower water pressure. Noise level was doable, they have live music in the lobby, truffle fries at the bar were great. The only issue was the bed and pillows, very thin and the mattress is not the most comfortable. "

"I enjoyed the look of the room (exposed brick was quaint). The bed was a little soft for my liking. Only had a nightstand on one side of the bed and we weren’t able to find anyone at the front desk when we checked out (this was undoubtedly due to the fact that there was a power outage, so it did not upset me). "We stayed here while attending a graduation in the area. The location was good for us and the hotel was fine. We noticed a sign in the room saying it would be serviced "every other day" with towels and bath amenities. We stayed three nights and no one entered our room in that period or offered us any fresh towels. We didn't call housekeeping because we were able to make the supplies last however. "
