Set in 6 acres of countryside, this home is built for relaxing. In the daytime, you can admire the views across to Rabbit Island and Nelson. Go for a swim in the resort-style pool, or catch the sun on one of the many decks.. Or perhaps just wander around the beautiful gardens, orange groves and paddocks. Kids (and fun-loving adults) will be kept entertained in the games room, with a pool table and darts board. Or head outside to the play on the trampoline, football pitch, or gym bars.

At night, gather round the firepit and toast marshmallows, while dinner cooks on the barbecue. Gaze at the stars as you have an evening soak in the spa pool. Admire the twinkling lights of Nelson city, or even jump back in the pool - because, guess what? It's got disco lights!

The home itself has multiple living areas, including two separate lounges, and a large open-plan kitchen/dining area. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet - the bathroom features a spa bath and luxurious rainhead shower. Downstairs is the fourth bedroom, games room and another bathroom, making the house suitable for large families or even multiple families.

Beautifully cool and breezy in summer, with French doors opening from nearly every room...but also warm and toasty in winter, with two woodburners and a heat pump.

Centrally located to all that Nelson and Tasman has to offer - including biking trails, beaches, wineries and National Parks. Just a 10-minute drive to Richmond or Rabbit Island, or 20 minutes to Nelson or Motueka.

Just a note, if you're booking for ten guests, a single bed will be set-up in the games room to accommodate.
