"Hotel and facilities are ok. That’s all, reception service was dissatisfied. Arrived about 1 pm, was told room is not ready. Room is clean. In my opinion staff could call and get answers 30-60 min? No, answer was before 3 pm. Not good service! Asked also for later check out, as hotels normal is 10 am. Person did not even check, got quick answer, it will cost 60 aud/hour.

"Very nice apartment hotel at the Ayers Rock resort, our room was huge and exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was nice and the resort area also pretty nice with easy access to the national park. One tip: rent a car.
Wifi was extremely slow / not working which was the only bad thing."

"Stay at Alice is right in the Centre of CBD with easy access to the Mall where most of shops & galleries are. I found it quiet and comfortable. Great choice of restaurants & pubs in and around the Mall. Airport bus drop off to and from airport. Highly recommend.

"Hard to find the right words to describe our stay, magical doesn't do it justice. Beautiful displays of nature, genuine and warm staff. Unforgettable. It's rustic, with country charms & quirks which was exactly what we wanted (why would you come to Alice otherwise?). The staff put on a really sweet and thoughtful birthday set-up for us, with DIY decorations. Only wish we could've stayed longer!"
