The open plan living space contains a corner sofa with wall mounted TV containing netflix, amazon and all the usual TV apps, a dining table with 3 seats that doubles as a workspace and cushions and blankets for your comfort. In the kitchen you will find a toaster, Bosch oven, Bosch hob, fridge and washer dryer. The bedroom houses a King Size Bed with white cotton sheets, an abundance of hanging and drawer storage and wireless phone charging. A single folding bed with sprung mattress, slatted base and all required bed linen is available to be used for a third guest (max user weight of 120kg). This listing is for the whole apartment with private parking for 1 car. The apartment building is located in a quiet part of Central Reading. Only a 2 minute walk away is; a mini-market with Costa Express & free ATM and Reading College. Royal Berkshire Hospital and a selection of pubs and restaurants are only a 5 minute walk. The Oracle shopping centre with restaurants and Vue Cinema are a 10 minute walk away. Reading train station is a maximum 15 minute walk from the apartment. By Car: For guests with a car there is a private car park available with dedicated parking space. Otherwise Reading has various taxi services available.
