Walk, bike, ski or snowmobile the 500 acre+ nature & rail trail. Private access to Onaway Lake.
A true haven to relax in curled up by the propane fireplace, or daydreaming in the lower nest. A haven for meditation, writing and reflection, 25 minutes to Portsmouth, NH. 50 to Boston & White Mountains. 30 to Maine.

Please note, the absolute maximum
guests is 6 , at all times. No exceptions. Due to the HOA/ regulations only 2 cars may be at The Treehouse , day visitors ( keeping within the 6 guest max) may park at The clubhouse after registering with The Treehouse. These restrictions keep the Treehouse sanctuary a retreat and low human impact (or parties) so peace & quiet many continue
Guest access
Guests have access to private hot tub , fire pit, trails , babbling river outside door , Onway Lake ,clubhouse & pool in the summer. This is a natural nature interaction cottage , you will see wildlife , creatures and critters . If you are looking for a sterile environment, The Treehouse is not for you .You will be surrounded by Mother Nature birds , bees and other beneficial insects abound in this special sanctuary, and we endeavor to keep them all outside where they belong
Other things to note
There are 2 propane grills & Webber charcoal grill available. Snuggle up by the fire pit , please turn on hose and have readily available when using . Turn off when done. Several private tree & river places to nestle. A hammock to doze in , several outdoor seating areas .In response to those wanting a extended stay you may message me if the dates do not appear , there will be a option . Also in response to the extended sanitation, Be assured I have taken every precaution.
There are 2 ,12” perception Kayaks at the lake that guests may rent for the duration of the stay . They are $100/ which covers HOA, insurance.Easy access.
Returning guest receive a 10% discounted stay on non-holiday weekends.
