Inside, the villa features a bright and inviting open-plan living area with comfortable seating, air conditioning, TV, and large glass doors opening directly onto the pool terrace. The seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces creates a relaxed holiday atmosphere throughout the villa.

The fully equipped kitchen and dining area make it easy to prepare breakfast, enjoy a casual lunch, or share dinner together without leaving the comfort of your villa.

The villa offers three comfortable bedrooms and four bathrooms, providing plenty of space and privacy for families or groups travelling together.

With three bedrooms and four bathrooms, everyone can enjoy a comfortable stay with the convenience of ample bathroom space.

Important Information

Please note the following before booking:
-Electricity: Electricity is charged separately at 6 THB per unit.
-Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of 12,000 THB (or equivalent in your currency) is required upon arrival and returned at check-out, subject to the villa being left in good condition.

Check-in: From 3:00 PM
Check-in after 6:00 PM: 1,000 THB additional fee.

Check-out: By 11:00 AM
Check-out before 8:00 AM: 1,000 THB additional fee.

Late check-out may be available for an additional charge, subject to availability on the day of departure.

Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only. A 20,000 THB cleaning/fine charge applies for smoking inside.

Additional items:
Baby crib and high chair: 2,500 THB per stay, upon request.
Extra bed: 2,500 THB per stay, upon request.
