Villa 'Marilu' with Private Pool in Brgod near Labin

Villa Marilu is a modern holiday home located in the small village of Brgod. With 153 m² of space, it accommodates up to eight guests and offers three bedrooms, a private seasonal pool, a terrace, and an outdoor relaxation area.



The house is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room with views of the pool. The living room opens onto a terrace with a dining table for shared meals, also overlooking the pool. Upstairs, there is a balcony accessible from the bedroom—a pleasant spot for morning coffee.



You have access to air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a TV, a washing machine, private parking, and a workspace. For children, a crib, high chair, and playground are available. The pool and sunbathing area face the forest and are sheltered from view.



Brgod is a great starting point for exploring eastern Istria, trips to Rabac, and cycling on nearby trails. Villa Marilu offers peace and privacy, with plenty of space for families or friends to relax together.
