"Our stay at TaiHu Hotel was spectacular: the host was incredibly helpful and accommodating to the needs of our group of 7 throughout our stay. "This property was incredibly lovely. It is well outfitted and conveniently located. Everything is nice, new and sparkling clean. The host goes out of her way to make sure all you could possibly want is taken care of. Breakfast is varied and delicious. The best coffee I’ve had in Taiwan. It is within steps of the boat landing, the bike route and the cable car to the Formosa Village. The charm of this little hotel made going to Sun Moon Lake all the better. "

"We came to Zen and Pine Resort to hike Mt. Yushan. Although that wasn’t possible due to road closure, on the manager’s advice, we instead visited nearby Sun Moon Lake and hiked Mt. Shuishe, which was amazing and rescued our whole trip. I can’t say enough good things about the management of this property. "Very enjoyable stay on the Yidashao side of Sun Moon Lake. I had a room with no windows, but it was comfortable and well configured. The breakfast was pre-prepared for me with a wide variety of items (coffee, juice, congee, tofu, fruit, chicken nuggets, fries, salad, fried egg and smoked fish) it was like breakfast and lunch combined!
