With a beautiful view from your covered patio, the cottage is located on the wine trail between the Village of Youngstown and Wilson Harbor. There is a boat launch 10 minutes away, nearby Erie Canal, and Village of Lewiston.

The space
Nestled on over an acre of peaceful waterfront , our charming 1930's lakeside cottage is the perfect retreat for couples, writers, nature lovers and anyone seeking spectacular sunsets over Lake Ontario. Enjoy easy access to Niagara Falls (25 minutes), historic Lewiston, the Western New York wine trail, and nearby boating. Less than 2 hours from Toronto.
A fishing paradise, with world class salmon and trout fishing out your front door! Direct beach access for swimming, kayaking, and paddle boarding (Ease of entrance to the lake depends on water conditions, and swimming in Lake Ontario is subject to currents etc.).

Inside the cottage you will find a beautiful view of the lake. With an air conditioner, radiant heated floors and electric baseboard heaters. Your bedroom has a comfortable, tempurpedic topped queen mattress on a sleigh bed, and is right next to a full bathroom. There is a dining room for four people and a writing desk with a gorgeous view of the lake. The living room couch seats three, and opens to a queen size futon. The galley type kitchen is fully equipped and has a coffee station.
The owners live in the attached home with two friendly dogs who may occasionally bark. We're happy to offer personalized local recommendations and concierge style assistance or complete privacy, whichever you prefer.

The property is treated for mosquitos, and laundry service is available upon request. Ample parking for boats or rv's up to 35 feet. Water shoes are recommended for our natural rocky shoreline, and after exceptionally heavy rain, drainage and plumbing may be slower than usual.

The large patch of land to the right of us has a part that is ours, by the chute to the beach. There is a wonderful water overlook area where we have an old fashioned glider, bear statue, hotel chair etc.
There is a family that comes to that property Sunday afternoons to have an old fashioned picnic for a few hours.
