Talking Rock Creek Resort is North Georgia`s best kept secret. This community includes 2 pools, multiple tennis courts, gym, the resort`s private CREEK BEACH (a must see), stocked lake and creek access. Main resort entrance is directly across from Carters Lake Marina.

Talking Rock Creek Resort (TRCR) is a 5500 acre rural community in the North Georgia mountains. The amenities include 2 pools, a basketball court, tennis court, exercise center, kids` playground, clubhouse, stocked trout pond (fishing & kayaking allowed), Carter’s Lake access, beach access/riverfront access for fly fishing, and a walking trail.

This is a mountain community with steep, winding roads. In dry weather, you shouldn’t have any issues with a standard vehicle. In snow or very wet conditions you may need 4 wheel drive. The main roads are paved and the side roads are gravel.

-Atlanta is just over an hour away
-Blue Ridge is under an hour away
-Ellijay and Jasper are 25-minutes away

Shopping, vineyards, breweries, restaurants, outdoor adventure parks, fishing, boating, hiking and more are all within reach! For when you are in the mood for some bigger city fun, Atlanta and Chattanooga are just an hour drive from I-75.

Renter Must Be At Least 25 Years of Age

Guests are prohibited from disconnecting the Wifi router or tampering with the security cameras. Violation of this policy will result in immediate removal from the property.

When using the thermostat only change the temperature. Please do not change any configuration settings.

OWNER SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES OR INJURY to Guest, Guests or pet: It is expressly understood and agreed that Owner will not be liable for any damages or injury to Guest or other occupants and their property from whatever cause arising from the occupancy of said premises, both inside and outside of the house, whether on the property or elsewhere.
THE SUPERVISION AND SAFETY OF ALL PERSONS/PETS ARE THE DIRECT RESPONSIBILITY OF THE INDIVIDUAL, OR PARENTS/ CARETAKERS ( IF MINORS/PETS) ON THE PREMISES, including but not limited to decks, fire pit, stairs, railings and any and all other activities on the premises.
