Beliggenheden og de omkringliggende områder gør det sværere at færdes som hvid, og receptionisten sagde at vi kun måtte få o gader ned og ikke længere.Vi oplevede dig ikke noget ubehageligt ved at gå rundt. "Why do you have to pay extra for wifi, while staying on a 4-star hotel? It should be part of the room pr. definition. Secondly they wanted me to to deposit R100 to use the phone on my room. Do they think I pay R 1500 for a room and the runs from the phonebill? They had my creditcard on file, too."

The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. The parking was secured and very safe too.
Parking at the bottom where I'm enjoyed park there, due to the pillars the security was thereto assist with the parking and can you imagine that both male and female was helping to park. We're used to male doing that but it was amazing to see a lady helping directing me to park and other members too.

Also one team member who although was just finishing his night shift, patiently kept the lift doors open while I finished my conversation with his colleague a reception. Great customer service!"

"Good hotel for layovers with bar and restaurant. No check in information was provided, so unclear if they had shuttle service or not. The hotel has a free shuttle, a bit difficult to find as Tambo has the worst signs ever and you have to juggle official and unofficial porters insisting to show you and take your bags, looking for a tip. Once you find the shuttle, everything is smooth sailing. The room could do with a Nespresso machine. Otherwise quite comfortable and bigger than expected. "

Hotel is in good condition, but not really cosy at all.
They could definitely upgrade their outdoor furniture. Everything is hard plastic and not comfortable at all.
But staff is nice and smiling.
