We had a superior suite which was so spacious. The coffee machine wasn't working - needed descaling - but after they came to have a look at it they brought us a pot of lovely coffee in our room which was much appreciated. I tried to call the reception to give my complaint to the restaurant, they would not put me through to the restaurant but promised that the Hotel manager would get back to me shortly, after two days still no call back. "Family of 4, girls enjoyed the spa whilst the boys went swimming. Could do with a few more options but I believe there's plans to extend the spa area in the near future. Would recommend for a short break. Adjoining tea room serves great food during the day but no dinner service, with very nice service - highly recommended. "

Property is well maintained and has a eco feel to it will the roof covered in solar panels.
Improvement would be to install EV chargers to allow overnight charging making the onward journey easier for those of us arriving in EV’s (modern chargers record consumption and so use could be charged as an addition but on a not for profit/at cost rate)"

"Vi kom til hotellet og personale var ikke helt imødekommende, efter vi kom op på værelset virkede to af lamperne ikke så det skulle først lige fikses , der var ikke skiftet vc papir da vi bad om rengøring og vi slukkede udsugningen hver. Dag da den blæste koldt luft men tændte automatisk om natten så man frøs så knap så fedt hotel ikke et hotel jeg ville anbefale "
