The Space:

At the center of the home, a private atrium with lush plants and natural light creates a peaceful indoor-outdoor feel, bringing warmth and brightness to the living spaces.

Guest Access:

Check-In/Check-Out. Your Check-in and Check-out times are set forth in your Reservation Agreement. You understand and agree that if you stay past the agreed check-out time, Company has the right under state law, and you will be assessed $100/hour charge if you are found to be in the home before Check-in time or after Check-out time. Due to local regulations, guests in some regions are required to check-in at one of our local offices.



COMMUNITY ACCESS: Play where you stay! Rancho Las Palmas Country Club offers a 27-hole full length Ted Robinson designed course, 25 championship tennis courts, Clubhouse with restaurant and lounge, pro shop and junior Olympic-size swimming pool. Access ONLY to community pools.



You can enjoy any of the 26 community swimming pools and spas nearby your vacation condominium. Rancho Las Palmas offers access to golf, tennis and clubhouse dining on a fee basis. Omni Resort access is restaurant, spa facility on a fee basis.



NO access to the Splash pool. Guests to contact clubhouse for fee schedule.
