Hoteller nær Rancho Las Lomas

"Som udgangspunkt et fint ophold dog trækker det voldsomt ned at der næsten ikke var noget varmt vand og at vandtrykket var næsten ikke eksisterende"

"This was a convenient and quiet place to stay while visiting family. Free breakfast and hot coffee a plus."

"The male front desk staff member was rude and unaccommodating during check-in. His attitude and lack of willingness to assist made the check-in experience unpleasant. I expected more professional and courteous customer service."

"The bed was comfortable and the staff was excellent. Here are my complaints: The ONLY outlets that would keep anything plugged in was the lamp on the desk and the bathroom counter. Not convenient when you are wanting to plug in a charger next to the bed for your phone at night. Literally my charger fell out of the outlets on the wall. The wall sconces next to the bed were very dusty and the shower/tub had some rust stains. The pool was closed and so was the restaurant. There was an option...

"The hotel itself was good for its price but there was this one lady at front desk that was not friendly at all and didn’t have any good customer service. On the other hand other staff members were helpful and did have good customer service but they were all pretty slow and that one lady really ruined the entire hotel."

"It was really nice. And the Bfast was amazing."
