It was alright
The toilet was leeking, we had no towels and we could't buy hot water for tea, but the bed was very comfy and the people nice.

Dislike it on the first sight. Beds are too old and very uncomfortable. No fan for ventilation. Sofa is not usable. Notice to remind guest to save water and electricity. But owner let leaking tap unattended, making bathroom very wet and slippery. No table avaliable

Chalet 2, Nice mountain view... One smelly room & bathroom, cannot get rid of the smell even after spraying deodorant... Water heater sometimes didn't work... No soap provided...no bottled water, tea or coffee provided...

Not worth the price at all. The room smelt damp and musty. Very poor noise insulation, keep awake by the walking vibration and voice from the uupper floor level in the night. The room have cockcroach, we try to ask insecticide,but nobody at reception, in the end, we have to settle the cockcroach by ourselves. Poor reception service, power off suddenly and try to inform them, but there is no one at reception, over 30mins when we check out, still, no electric supply. However, when we check out, there is someone sitting at the reception,but nobody want to settle the power supply issue.The worst accommodation ever I have stayed.

Nice view gunung kinabalu! Wlwpn mula2 smpai bilik gambaran dari luar biasa2. Tp dlm ok selesa juga. Ada cafe tk perlu susah2 cari kedai mkn. Di parking blh ambil gmbar dgn gunung kinabalu. Recommended !

Do not expect much
I booked mountain view rooms but receive standard room with garden view instead and unable to upgrade my room because already full. No water supply in the morning, when we arrived they are in the middle of expanding their hotel area so it bits noisy during the day..no shampoo only soap but view outside the hotel is nice.

Nothing much to expect with the price
Shower was cold, as we were not mentioned of how to use hot water and there was blood stain on our bed sheet.

We apologies regarding the stray dogs. We are currently rectifying the situation with the local authorities and we are also fencing up the area so that the stray dogs won't be able to disturb our guests. Once again we are terribly sorry.

peaceful and good views room
The condition of the room is pretty good and cozy, only bad is the distance have a little bit far from the Kinabalu Park. Recommend for travelers who want a peaceful place.

disappointing
i think this time my travel the worst one because of the condition of the room is very unpleasant to stay. the 2nd room was badly leak causing the room floor was wet, and the sliding door unable to lock which jeopardy my security during my stay. I have to squeeze all my family member to fit in one room due to this problem. I have complaint to the staff but they only can provide me a rags to clean the wet instead to replace me to other rooms. So disappointed with the quality of stay.

I could see the mountain peak from my room!
I had a very great time staying at Caesar's Place. the view is just amazing. I stayed in a standard room with a queen bed. The host is generous enough to allow my 2 children and baby stay without any extra charges. No TV but it is fine for me. The room has its own balcony with a table to have drinks there while enjoying the view. hot shower was excellent. Electric kettle is provided. Any upgrade for the room i would suggest a carpet as i like to be barefooted indoors, but the temperature was very cold there. probably 16 degrees celcius. And I do hope for an indicator for kiblat direction for muslims to pray. Halal food wasn't hard to find but u need a car to get there. Kinabalu park is just about 5 minutes drive. the view... just wonderful.

Whole hotel facility does not appear to have been maintained - looks tired and worn. Studio room - has kitchen (need to take own food for cooking). - Mattress poor - could feel the springs. - flushing toilet and hot shower (working) - lounge area with TV Standard Room - Bed comfortable - questioned whether bed linen had been changed - Sheets thin and not fitting mattress well - had to ask for toilet paper and towels each stay - cold at night - requested extra blanket - rooms not at all soundproof - toilet not flushing - bathroom area smells - does have working hot shower

A night stay
it is amazing, and cold weather, it just a little issue with the shower, the shower cap was broken and it hard to bath properly , plus the heater temperature is not balance , sometime it cold and hot. plus neighbor making noise in middle night hardly to sleep. beside that everything was fine. needed more house keeping and maintenance for the room such as lighting and plugs some are not functioning. recommended to have more food serving( or selling food near by which more convenient

Very closed to nature environment but....
The cleanliness of the room is not satisfactory. There is too much of dead body of insects in the room. However, this may still acceptable if you are the person who love the natural environment. The facilities in the room is too old. For example, water pressure not high enough for normal bath. There is no fan or air conditioner provided. The BBQ facilities provided by the hotel totally not useable. Please bring along the facilities by yourself. Besides, the light in the corridor areas attract many insects which not suitable for BBQ.

Value for money
room was with minimize facility, with water heater and cups, so please bring your own drinks sachets.. the room was with a small balcony, so we can enjoy our breakfast (hot tea and bread/biscuit) in the freezy morning.. no slippers was provided, and the floor was cold when we once step in.. bring your own slippers if possible.. since the place is near to the main road, the Telco that we are using (Digi) is running very good.. Overall, the room is still ok with this price being charged...
