Additionally, there is a toilet for your convenience and a secondary living area with a comfortable sofa and a small TV, record player and board games, creating a perfect space for relaxation and casual gatherings.

First Floor:

On the top floor, you'll find a large landing area with seating, perfect for reading a book while looking out to sea. This floor also includes the final bedroom, furnished with a double. Also on this level is a shower room with toilet and basin.

Travelling by road: The M20 and M2 motorways provide easy links from London into Thanet.

Ramsgate train station is approx 25 minutes by foot and is regularly served by Southeastern High Speed services travelling to/from London St Pancras as well trains from London Victoria. The train from London St Pancras takes 90 minutes and a little longer from Victoria, and it’s just 50 minutes from Ashford International station

National Express runs a national network of coach services. Coaches run from London Victoria to various stops in Thanet and take approximately 2 hours.

Frequent bus services: the Thanet Loop serves Margate, Cliftonville, Broadstairs, Ramsgate and Westwood Cross.

The Eurotunnel train at Calais will transport you to Folkestone in just 35 minutes. From there it is approximately a 1 hour drive to Thanet on the A20 and A256, follow the signs to Ramsgate.
