A warm welcome to Haus Oberleiten. Our house is located on a quiet and sunny south-facing slope below the Soleleitungsweg trail at an elevation of approximately 800 m. It’s an ideal starting point for many beautiful hikes. Enjoy relaxing days on the balcony of your vacation rental or in the garden, surrounded by a magnificent mountain backdrop with views of the Watzmann, Hochkalter, and Reiteralpe. Our house is situated on a quiet and sunny south-facing slope at around 800 m above sea level, overlooking the Ramsau Valley below the Soleleitungsweg trail. It’s an ideal starting point for beautiful hikes in the mountaineering village of Ramsau and the Berchtesgaden National Park.
The apartment measures approximately 46 square meters and consists of a kitchen-living room with a dining area redesigned in 2022, a bedroom that was also completely refurnished in 2022, and a spacious bathroom. The approximately 10-square-meter balcony offers a magnificent view of the Berchtesgaden Mountains. The comfortably furnished apartment is equipped with a dishwasher, satellite TV, electric stove with oven and ceramic cooktop, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, etc. The apartment is located on the first floor and has its own entrance. Guest Wi-Fi, as well as good winter access and parking, are available. Please note that we are a smoke-free property and do not allow pets. The “Auf der Reiten” bus stop for the free hiking bus is only 220 meters away.
