"The breakfast area was still dirty from the day before, and I had to ask the manager to have it cleaned. Unfortunately, the next morning was the same situation. We ended up going out for breakfast down the street, which cost us an extra $60. The laundry area was also neglected, with about a quarter inch of dust on the washer and dryer. For the price of this hotel, I would recommend staying somewhere else."

"My son and I have been coming to the Four Seasons for the past 10 years and the place has never been better. The building and room looked fresh and painted. Inside the room seemed to have newer beds and it was very clean inside. The floor is wood laminate and was freshly mopped every day when they made up the room. It’s not fancy like the chains along the thruway, but it’s a good, clean, comfortable room in an old school Catskill roadside motel, that is run by good people. To my son and I,...

"Worn down motel. Obviously a place for long term rental. Room itself was clean but many dead insects on the window still.. Pool and restaurant was closed even though all signs said that the restaurant was supposed to be open.. Location is good for exploring the Catskills."

"We enjoyed an overnight stay at this Air Stream when we visited Kaaterskill Falls for our anniversary. Clean & spacious bathroom, nice to be able to take a hot shower after a full day hike. Kitchenette well equipped with mini fridge, microwave, electric kettle & dinnerware & utensils. Private picnic table & fire pit outside for campfire & cooking but you have to buy the firewood which wasn’t included in the resort fee. Had dinner at the clubhouse kitchen, burger was delicious.
