Staff is great, they will try to help you with any questions you have, and they really seem to like the work they do, making sure guests have the best vacation experience possible. Golf is great, but so are the beach, pools, and restaurants. All inclusive is the best way to go."

"The rooms lack good maintenance, as a lot of devices were broke or worn out. I reported the issues and only after a few days and a lot of complaints they were able to fix a few. We were a group of 22 and all of them reported similar issues with their rooms. Last year we stayed there with no issues but this year was another story."
