"Family trip to Subic. As we wanted something close to Manila we choose White Rock because of the waterpark. Beach is not at "White beach" and very small, but the waterpark in the resort is great. Pools for all ages. Resort is very clean, and staff super polite and friendly. Many activities, including gym, island hopping, zip-line, waterslides etc. Resort restaurant offer a great variety of local and international dishes of good quality. We visited in mid February which apparently is off...

"Pool is nice, but the hotel has seen better days. My bathroom window could not close, which mosquitoes loved. I think there are better options to the price. "

"This is a well maintained, quiet and restful hotel. I would recommend it for anyone going to Subic Bay. The only thing that I had a problem with was that there was no kettle in the room for coffee or tea in the morning."

"Pool was nice. Staff was responsive to our needs. Room was cool and clean. Refrigerator was larger than expected and very cold! Easy beach access. Nice bars/ restaurants. Good affordable food and drink. I would stay with them again. "

"We never get a chance to use or stay because it was flooded, we cannot reach the place because the water are to deep. We needed to get a new place to stay and so hard to get a refund."

"Yes there is mold all over the bathroom, the sink around the faucet. There is no wash cloth. The sheets had stained. And the room smells. The first room we had the AC is not working so we had to moved on our 2nd day to another room. The room had cocoroches all over the room. We got sick cuz of the mold."

"Overall, the facility was good, and the staff were friendly, accommodating, and helpful. However, there was some miscommunication regarding the corkage fee policy when I brought my family to swim. The staff on the day shift informed us that there were no corkage fees for food and that fees only applied to alcohol, which we did not bring. Later that evening, a different staff member told us otherwise. We were able to resolve the issue, but it would be helpful if the policy were communicated more...

"The Executive Room is very spacious. Coffee and water are available anytime, and the daily breakfast is good. The staff were very helpful. The air conditioning in our room worked well, although the air conditioning in the lounge/breakfast area was not very strong. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at YBC. It is conveniently located, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and shops nearby."

"the staff at the check in it’s very kind and helpful. check me in so quick . and the guy that help us our bags , was so nice and helpful. he even call us taxi . i’m just a little disappointed when we eat breakfast because i ask to make my dad 2 sunny side up eggs . they forget about it took long . then when i told them where my dad eggs he make us 1 egg so quick and it was burnt . but everything else was fantastic at the buffet."

"Great vibe. Beds could be improved. Owner was a nice guy made you feel at home. Food was great. Beaches were covered in trash everymorning , staff cleaned them everymorning . Such a beautiful place , its a shame people have to throw their trash in the rivers. "
