You'll feel right at home as soon as you walk into this home. Soaring ceilings, stylish decor, open floor plan, fireplace, updated kitchen with large island. Plus W/D in unit, upgraded tile baths, walk-in closet and tons of natural light!

This private and peacefulness house is the perfect place to hang your hat during your travels. :) Though you'll feel the serenity of the space once you walk in the door, don't be fooled, the location is very central to everything in the Durham and RTP area. There are restaurants , shops and markets just minutes away, from awesome local favorites to convenient big-box stores.

Hopping on the highway or major commuting routes is a breeze as well if you need to access other parts of the Triangle area like Raleigh, Chapel Hill, or RDU airport!

Each room offers a comfortable beds, with memory foam mattresses. The couch pulls out to a smaller bed which can accommodate a couple, or 2 children.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guest will have access to the entire unit, privately. As well as, the front and back outdoor areas.

*Pets are accepted on a case by case basis. Dogs only and they must be housebroken.*
