* Top Floor: A private, attic-style primary suite featuring a plush king bed and an en-suite full bathroom.

* Main Floor: The heart of the home, containing the living room, kitchen, dining area, a second bedroom, and a full bathroom.

* Lower Level: The ultimate entertainment zone! This floor boasts a game room with a foosball table, a convenient kitchenette/bar area, the third bedroom furnished with two queen beds, and a third full bathroom. Sliding glass doors provide direct access to the back deck and yard.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire three-story home. This includes all three bedrooms, three bathrooms, the main living area, the lower-level game room, the back deck, and the yard leading down to the creek. Enjoy the entire property to yourselves for a private and comfortable stay.

Getting around is easy from our North Hills Chalet! You'll find plenty of free parking right on the street. For those arriving by air, Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU) is about a 20-minute drive away. While public transit isn't extensive in this area, ride-sharing services are readily available. If you're planning on exploring downtown Raleigh, it's approximately a 15-20 minute drive, depending on traffic. This makes our chalet a convenient base for both local adventures and trips further afield.



Other Things to Note:

Please be aware that the property's backyard slopes down to a natural, unfenced creek. We ask that guests, especially those with young children, exercise caution when enjoying the outdoor space. The three-story layout includes stairs to access the top and lower levels.
