Chic Home close to NCSU & Centennial campus & RDU

My place is close to parks, NCSU & Centennial campus, RDU, the NC farmers market and downtown Raleigh. This is a 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath duplex with front porch & back patio, living room and dining room open to each other, kitchen, laundry room with washer and dryer that you are free to use. You can bring a pet but there will be a small additional pet fee. Of course clean up after your pet. There are vegetable & flowers beds around the home. Please help yourself.
The space
It's a chic 2 bedroom 2.5 bath duplex with an open floor plan and in a great location. It's decorated with a homey feel with a mix of antiques, news things and estate sale finds. The home can accommodate a max of 6 people with 2 sleeping on the pull out sofa. There is tons of closet space.
Guest access
Guest will have access to the whole home.
Other things to note
There is a full kitchen with pots, pans, plates, and more. I provide coffee, tea, sweeteners, and cream. There is salt an pepper but you bring the rest of the food and spices.
