Lidt fejl omkring kortet til værelset som blev fikset, en receptionist i spa området som virkede træt af sit arbejde, en ældre mandlig tjener om aftenen som blev meget sur og råbende over at han egentlig ikke udførte sit arbejde særlig professionelt og at det blev italesat.
Super søde tjenere under morgenmaden og rent og pænt alle vegne.
Værelset kunne ikke slukke for loftlampen i gangen og displayet til aircondition lyste voldsomt, det påvirkede nattesøvnen...

There were lots of options at the breakfast buffet. Wasn't expecting much due to the reviews, but it wasn't bad at all. Best view of the waterfalls close to the hotel (there's a trail to the left of the wooden bridge down the road).

"Nice location fairly close to the main parts of Zagreb old town. Room was clean and well-kept. Key pickup from the lockbox was easy. Was a little confusing at first then where to use the key. The entrance is on the second floor but opens into a small common area first before you see your actual room numbers"

"Списались с владельцем по воцапу, он дал квартиру не та что на фото, и другая локация, но тоже центр. Мне локация оч понравилась, остановка рядом, кофейни, магазины, выпечка. Окна выходиди на улицу - приятный вид. В номере все ок, чайник есть, кухня. Их минусов только то что подниматься по лестнице ( ну это старый дом) и неудобная подушка - высокая. Кондиционер работал отлично! Разрешили высадиться позже времени. Фен нужно заранее попросить, иначе в номере его нет."

"We really enjoyed this little gem within walking distance to the central railway station, botanical garden and city center. Perfect check-in experience - we immediately felt welcomed. In case you do not need an elevator (2nd floor, only reachable using stairs) book this. We will for sure next time we are back in Zagreb!"

Der var heller ikke megen fleksibilitet og at man så er uheldig at være på hotellet på samme tidspunkt som en konference der åbenbart krævede høj sikkerhed, var fremkommeligheden heller ikke ligefrem nem"

"Problems when we arrived at 9.15 pm they said no free parking and all was occupied, when I would cancel they found a spot, when we parked I saw 3 free place and I checked just before midnight and they was still not occupied 😳 the rest of the stay was good and special the breakfast was terrific 😊"
