"The apartment was spacious and clean. The proximity to the city center was better than I imagined. The host was always available and communicated promptly. I have nothing but good things to say about this apartment stay other than the water pressure could have been better and an air conditioning unit in the living room would be beneficial as one AC unit in the bedroom struggles to cool the whole apartment. Great value!!"
"Gorgeous, lovingly refurbished hotel in a part of the city that is undergoing extensive renewal.
Great courtyard, library, bar, dining room. Rooms beautiful, really comfy bed, nice balcony.
90% of the staff amazing and courteous. A couple of them though could do with retraining to bring them up to the level of their amazing colleagues.

"We had the Superior Suite during our stay in Belgrade which had a bubble bath and sauna, and so far, this was the best stay we ever had in Belgrade. Anything from location, comfort to service was absolutely nice. So if you plan to visit Belgrade, One Luxury Suites is definitely the place to stay at. They also serve food at the hotel from 8€ "
"Great hotel and very friendly staff. Location close to shopping and interesting places. The room and bathroom where Big only complains: the airconsystem plages on 7’th floor made a little noise in the familyroom on 6’th floor and but some more tails on the balcony for us who a a little afraid of heights. The breakfast was good. The citicens are very friendly but be aware of pickpockets."
"Dette hotel er relativt nyt og ligger perfekt. Værelserne er rene og pæne og morgenmaden er indbydende men lobby såvel som værelse er stærkt parfumerede. Har man intolerans overfor den slags skal man holde sig langt væk fra Envoy. Oplevelsen ville være helt i top hvis liften var frisk og IKKE parfumeret. Så længe det ikke er tilfældet kommer jeg desværre ikke tilbage."

Fera is in a perfect central location—close to everything. The room was spotless, the bed super comfy, and the staff is genuinely friendly and helpful. Just a heads-up: there’s no elevator, so you’ll need to take the stairs. Still, a lovely place to stay!"

Parking is easily available in the basement, shopping and food court is available in the building, and in-house dining has a great float based on a fast-food concept.

"The breakfast buffet was great. Quite a large variety of food, with a chef to cook fresh food too. Rooms were clean, staff was so incredibly kind and serviceminded. Obviously, you can find better hotels, if you pay more. However, this exceeded my expectations in comparison to the price. Full value for the money. Will most definitely use this hotel again for my business trips in Belgrade. "

"This hotel is in the 'center of the universe' in Stari Grad, Belgrade and on the Knez Mihailo street which is filled with tourists, shops, dining and next to the Kalmegdan fortress. The sfaff were friendly and spoke English. The price was extremely reasonable. The only downsides were that there was no elevator to take up my luggage and there was no free parking. There is an underground parking garage essentially next door in the Rajiceva shopping mall but it costs $."

"My first time in Belgrade. What a marvellous city packed with cafees, bars and nice restaurants! On top of that, all friendly people, willing to help with a smile on their faces!
Hotel is super, situated in an old area of Belgrade, not far away from the main pedestrian street of Knez Mihailova. Rooms were big, clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable too. Breakfast was fine and sufficient as well.
