"L’acceuil est excellent. La chambre est très propre et spacieuse, très bien équipée (moustiquaire, sèche cheveux, climatisation, petit bureau, TV). Le petit déjeuner et le dîner n’etaient pas inclus mais pour un prix dérisoire vous mangerez un repas gargantuesque de spécialités locales. L’hote a été très avenant, allant jusqu’à nous accompagner à l’arret de bus et s’assurer que nous ne nous trompions pas. "Ne vous y méprenez pas, l’atout de cet hôtel réside dans son agréable piscine, propre et à l’eau naturellement chaude. On pourrait aussi parler de son curry agréable.
Pour le reste, nous avons été franchement déçus et pourtant, nous ne sommes pas particulièrement exigeants.
L’hôtel ne semble plus vraiment entretenu. Les chambres ne sont pas hyper propres, les draps ne sont pas changés. Quand ils organisent des taxis pour vous, ils vous déposent mais oublient de venir vous chercher comme...

"I really enjoyed my stay at Kutumbaya. The staff were really friendly and helped organise a safari and tour of the ancient ruins for me. The food was great, particularly the Sri Lankan breakfasts. The WiFi and air con were good and I even found some Premiership football on the TV. I’d definitely stay here again!"

Der var en skøn overdækket tagterrasse ved siden af den udmærkede udendørs pool. "We stayed here for one night and found the hotel to be decent. The bed is quite comfortable and the room is fine by Sri Lankan guest house standards. The bathroom is also okay. Not spotless but also not a cesspool for disease like other barhrooms we have encountered on our trip. There are some okay areas to lounge in. The service is a little slow. However, if need be they can set you up with a driver. They set us up with Omesh who is actually also the guy who runs the place. He speaks very good...

"Great stay.only 5 minutes walk to nearest supermarket,restaurant and bakery.They offer a bottle of beer in proper price.It’s tough to get a cold beer in Sri Lanka,so that helped me a lot. The staffies,which I saw a guy and lady, were indeed helpful and kind.They don’t have bicycle but you can rent it at neighbor guesthouse. "

The rooms look exactly like they do on the pictures. Staff is friendly and warm, but could be more professional. Looks like a new local hotel, and so there maybe some errors/ miscommunications when you book through hotel.com, but in such event, if you write to them directly or talk to them, they will be very responsive and will do their best...
