"This is a low budget / less expecting hotel. But the location is great. Lots of things are on a short distances. But the room, is a complete disaster. Not clean. The need to give Hygiene the big priority. I got sick because af the dust in the room. There is no restaurant. But some of the staff was friendly."

And even after the third time ask it was delivered. If this breakfast was charged 750 rs per person by hotels.com, I would say this was my last booking with hotels.com.
