"Super rent og komfortabelt "

"First let me say the condo was nice. But it really is not a resort. No lobby, no pool, no hot tub, no outside sitting area. Only has 2 small areas about 4ft x 10 or 12ft long with a piece of workout equipment at each end. So I guess the $30 per night resort fee is for that!! Condo pictures show extra chair in living room and bar stools there was neither only a sofa. Bathrooms are small with only showers which have rain fall heads with no handheld wond so not the best for showering. Masterbath...

"I had to kill about 5 stink bugs in the room, they kept getting in from somewhere, that was rather annoying, but not as much as the AC not working and the property knowing about it because they had put in a box fan and portable heater in the room for use before I even got the room. So there is no telling how long that has been going on. The conjoining room door is not insulated well at all, I could hear the neighbors entire conversation even with the tv on. It is an ok room if you want to save...

"This is our 2nd experience with an obvious assignment inferior if booked through a 3rd party such as Expedia. The place was clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We would stay there again but not book through a 3rd party."

"We stayed on the first floor. We had a door at the back of the room that opened to a beautiful view of the river. Lots ducks."

"We came with our friends and reserved 2 rooms. 3 people per room. Our friends wanted double queen beds but got a king bed with a couch which didn't really work for them. They had to contact the front desk multiple times to get extra set of linens and a blanket for the couch so one of the kids could sleep on it. Our room had 2 queen beds but the linens on one of the beds looked like they were never changed from previous guests. There was black chunks of fabric and lint all over it. At least we...

The pool and lazy river are absolutely incredible and create the perfect place to relax, while the cabins are beautifully designed, luxurious, spacious, and equipped with everything you need to feel right at home. One of the best parts is the location. You’re only about 6 minutes from grocery stores and...

"Rooms are smoky smell. Not clean"

"The place is awesome! We really enjoyed our stay here. Very nice, very clean, lots of amenities and fun things to do. Also close to the main road so convenient to Pigeon Forge. Highly recommend."

"Staff was very sweet!! It was very quite! Room was what you paying for, cheap for three nights and was only way we got to come this year so no complaints on the room. We enjoyed and for the price and peacefulness it brought will stay again."
