Charming attic apartment of about 130 square meters, for 6 people, located on the third floor of a building NOT equipped with a lift (stairs to access). The property is located in Marina di Ragusa (20 km from Ragusa), one of the most famous seaside resorts in Sicily; the sea is about 5 minutes walk away, while the nearest beach is only 850 m away.

The accommodation consists of a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a covered veranda with a jacuzzi.

The internal space is organized as follows:



- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, smart TV (50 inches), en-suite bathroom, split A/C and access to the covered veranda;

- Corner KITCHEN with dining table and chairs, induction hob, 2 small fridges both with freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, electric oven, microwave oven, toaster, kitchen utensils and wine glasses;

- BEDROOM I with double bed, windows with sea view, blackout roller blinds, split A/C and access to the balcony;

- BEDROOM II with double bed, blackout roller blinds and split A/C;

- FULL BATHROOM I inside bedroom I, with shower cubicle, sink, bidet, washing machine, WC;

- FULL BATHROOM II with shower cubicle, sink, bidet and WC;

- PRIVATE VERANDA with fixed cover, windows with sea view, 4 sun loungers, hot tub and split A/C;

-BALCONIES around the veranda and around bedroom I.

- STORAGE ROOM.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.



A member of our Team Ragusa will contact you a few days before your arrival to organize your check-in. They will be at your disposal for any information and further assistance before and during your stay.



To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and to pay the city tax (€1,50 per person per night of stay).

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Marina di Ragusa Climatic Zone A: 5 hours a day from December 8th to March 7th.



Check-in can take place in person or in online self check-in mode: the guest will receive confirmation of the check-in method 2 days before check-in. Completing the online registration is MANDATORY in order to access the apartment.



- SELF CHECK-IN: Instructions on how to retrieve the keys and access the apartment will be provided after completing online registration. Keys can be retrieved free of charge via on-site keybox. In case of problems, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 10pm.



- IN-PERSON CHECK-IN: A member of our staff will welcome you to the apartment and give you the keys. Check-in in person is free between 3pm and 9pm. Check-ins after 9.00 pm must be agreed directly with the property and involve a supplement as follows:

EUR 25 between 21:00 and 23:00

EUR 30 between 23:00 and 00:00

EUR 40 between 00:00 and 01:30

Late check-ins are not available after 01:30.



City tax payment will be required.



Marina di Ragusa is one of the most famous seaside resorts in Sicily, located in the province of Ragusa about 20 km from the capital. The Ragusa coast is characterized by beaches of fine golden sand and a clear, crystalline and uncontaminated sea with shallow waters, ideal for families with children. Thanks to its location, Marina di Ragusa is an excellent starting point for visiting the baroque towns of the Val di Noto (Ragusa Ibla, Scicli, Modica, Noto), the places of Inspector Montalbano and the main stages of the food and wine itineraries of the Iblei area (Chiaramonte Gulfi, Modica, Ragusa Ibla).



In the surroundings of the apartment you can find all the main services; the sea is about 5 minutes walk away (rocks with shallow and sandy seabed), while the main sandy beach in the area is only 850 m away. The center of Marina di Ragusa is about 1.5 km away.

- Ristorante Mercato del Porto: 17 minutes walk.



Comiso Airport is 31 km away (about 40 minutes by car), while Catania Airport is 120 km away (about 1 hour and 40 minutes by car).



In order to reach the property and best visit the beauties of the area and the entire region, we recommend traveling by car. It is possible to rent a car at the airport.
