Interior Description
The villa has sober, bright and welcoming interiors.
It is furnished in a Nordic style, refined and chic, with simple and functional design furniture.
It consists of a living area and a sleeping zone with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
The living area is very bright and enjoys a beautiful view, thanks to the presence of large sliding glass walls overlooking the terrace.
The living room-kitchen is furnished with a corner sofa and smart TV (with Netflix subscription) with a portable Bluetooth stereo speaker.
The kitchen is complete with gas stove, electric oven, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, toaster, blender, electric kettle and coffe maker.
The 4 bedrooms are composed as follows: a double room (two single beds), a room with a double bed, a double room with an en suite bathroom and shower and a fourth large room with a double bed equipped with a TV and a large en suite bathroom with a comfortable shower .
A third bathroom with shower in the corridor of the sleeping area, serving all the guests of the house.
The villa has a hot / cold air conditioning system in the living room and in each bedroom.
