The open-plan living, dining, and sleeping area is filled with natural light and creates a pleasant sense of space. From here, you have direct access to the balcony, perfect for relaxing. The bathroom with daylight features a bathtub.



Thanks to its southern orientation, the entire apartment is especially bright and inviting. The location near the lake makes this accommodation an ideal starting point for nature experiences, cycling, hiking, and exploring the Lake Constance region.



A parking space is available on the property, and free street parking is also available. Pets, smoking, and events are not permitted.
