Charming condo in the heart of Radium. Come stay at our beautifully furnished, fully equipped condo to enjoy your vacation! Steps away from the best golf course in Radium (The Springs). Within walking distance to many restaurants, grocery stores, and parks for the kids.

Unlimited free high-speed Wi-Fi and premium cable are included for your stay!


LIVING ROOM
The living room features a 46" smart TV that is Internet-enabled. You can log into Netflix or any other streaming service you wish to use. Cozy up to the fireplace and watch a movie while the big horn sheep slowly roam by the windows.

KITCHEN
This is a fully stocked kitchen, with everything you need to cook even the largest of meals!

- Full set of pots/pans/platters for large meals
- Serving utensils
- Complete set of knives
- BBQ tongs
- Coffee maker (Drip)
- Blender
- Kettle
- Fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a toaster.

Included Consumables:
- Coffee, tea and sugar
- Salt and pepper
- Ketchup, mustard, and relish
- Dishwasher tabs
- Paper towel.

PRIMARY BEDROOM
It has a queen-sized bed, ensuite access to the bathroom, and a giant walk-in closet. Walk out to the balcony with incredible views of the mountains. It also has a TV with cable if you want to snuggle up in bed or have a place for the kiddos to watch in their own space.

PATIO
Sit at the bistro set and watch the big horn sheep wander by. The Propane grill will work great all year.

BATHROOMS
Each bathroom is stocked with essentials (shampoo/conditioner/body wash & a hair dryer) to help lighten the load for you when packing.

Bathroom #1 (Primary ensuite with access via living room): Full bath with a shower/tub combo

LAUNDRY
There is a washer and dryer located in the closet of the common bathroom available for your use during your stay. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are supplied.

PARKING
You will have access to a dedicated underground parking space. Additional outdoor visitor parking lot spaces available.

ADDITIONAL AMENITIES
- 24/7 Assistance: Our goal is to make sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. We do not live on the property, but you can reach us 24/7 via text if you need us for any reason.

CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT
After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.

We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there's something you need during your stay with us.

CONSUMABLES
Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.

Voted the friendliest place in Canada, Radium offers peace, beauty and adventure. You can hear birds singing with the softest echoes, at all times of the day. There are 5 golf courses within a 15-minute drive. The world-famous Radium hot springs are only a 5-minute drive. If you want to recharge and relax look no further!

You won't need a car in this part of town to get to stores and shops. If you enjoy going for walks then simply walk out the front door and you will fall in love with the area. If you want to go to the hot springs then a car is definitely recommended.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal.

Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
* You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
* You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
* You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.


HOUSE RULES:
1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. A noise monitor in the unit will test decibels throughout the day.

2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit is 2 people.

3. Sable Ridge is a smoke-free complex. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. If you are a smoker you are free to smoke just outside the parking lot. Any proof of smoking/vaping will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.

4. Sorry, no pets of any kind are allowed on this property.

5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

6. Any items that are mistakenly left behind that you wish to have returned will be shipped via Cash on Delivery along with a $30.00 admin fee.

7. Please leave the underground parkade/pool/garage key(s) inside the unit where you found it. If not there will be a $150 replacement charge.

8. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.

This is a beautiful condo with a touch of luxury! We found it easy to get into, it was super clean, has a very well equipped kitchen and is in a perfect location! We definitely recommend this property!

It was a great place to stay with my 2 Dachshund dogs. It was very clean upon arrival and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils. Location is within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It is just as it appears in the listing, with very nice furniture and it was very clean. The underground parking, pool access and in suite AC was much appreciated, as temps were 30+ at the time. Will definitely return!

I really enjoyed our time there, it was nice to have a home base. Coming when we did early June,(rainy nights) it would have been nice for the fireplace to be on. I called, but was not able to turn it on. A check-in with us, would have been nice.

It is well appointment, nicely decorated and the kitchen is well stocked, however I would discourage more than 2 people as the sofa bed is quite uncomfortable (mattress is thin and the coils can dig in a bit). Having said that, the owner is quick to respond and very attentive, and the apartment is well located and walking distance to everything in Radium.

Excellent little unit. Best parking spot in the building. Has everything a solo traveller or couple need. A short walk to the excellent Big Horn Cafe. Lots of big horn sheep. D-lifhtful.
