This air conditioned, two bedroom, two bathroom condo is located at The Willow Building of The Peaks Condominium complex. There is an outdoor heated pool (seasonal) and an outdoor hot tub open all year long. Downtown Radium Hot Springs is only a short walk (4 blocks) from this complex.
Wildlife are frequent visitors to this peaceful refuge in nature. You can walk to the nearby beautiful Sinclair Canyon Trail leading to the forest beside the creek.

The space
Spacious ground floor Condo with more than 1,000 sq.ft. of open concept living area, with mountain views and air conditioning. The unit faces Southwest to an open green space accessible from the concrete private patio, with furniture and BBQ supplied by building propane. This condo has beautiful views of the Purcell Mountains, with stylish wood laminate flooring and WiFi throughout. The living room has a gas fireplace and flat screen TV with Disney and Amazon streaming services. Netflix with your sign-in. There is a large sofa that opens up as a comfortable queen size bed. There's a raised counter breakfast nook for 3 and a separate formal dining room. The self contained condo has its own washer/dryer.

Master bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. Second bedroom is on the opposite side of the condo with a queen bed, and a full bathroom next to it.

You'll find the kitchen fully equipped with:

- Full set of dishes for 6.
- Plenty of Pots/Pans/Platters for large meals.
- Serving bowls and utensils.
- Full sets of knives, cutting boards, etc.
- Coffee Maker (drip type w/ metal mesh filter)
- Electric Kettle
- Toaster
- Blender
- Food Processor
- Mixer

- Gas-fired BBQ with Building propane (no tanks)

- Fridge, Stove/Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher.

- Stocked with coffee, tea, salt, pepper, spices and your basic condiments.

Complimentary Coffee/Tea:
There is coffee for the guests in the fridge. We use an environmentally friendly metal mesh coffee filter. Please use the convenient Garburator to dispose of the coffee grounds. Tea is in the pantry.

Also included in your stay is a laundry room with detergent.
Guest access
You will have full, exclusive access to my condo during your stay. This includes access to the amenities building, outdoor heated pool, (seasonal), and outdoor hot tub open all year long. There is also a small play park onsite for kids and a paved pathway off the green space near the play space. Kids will love staying here.

There is titled underground ground parking in addition to first come first serve surface level parking in front of the building that provides convenient access to the condo patio.
Other things to note
Great location for all the seasonal activities in the area:

Golfing, hiking, biking, mountain climbing, etc. in the summer.
Skiing, sledding, winter hiking/snowshoeing, X-country skiing in the winter.

Rest and relax, soak in the Hot Springs year-round. Enjoy a break!
