Villetta Sunset - Salento Reservtion, immersed in a large garden with attention to the smallest details, is the perfect choice for those who want to experience a holiday of tranquility and comfort, surrounded by greenery and a few steps from the sea. Inside the property there are both the main house and the Sunset Studio with trullo, ensuring large and well-organized spaces.
The house consists of two bedrooms: one double and one triple with a double bed and a single bed, as well as an additional cot that can comfortably accommodate up to six people. The kitchen is complete with a kitchenette and all the necessary equipment to prepare meals, while the living room, cozy and bright, is enriched by a fireplace perfect for cooler evenings, comfortable sofas and TV.
Outside, the house has two private spaces furnished with tables and garden furniture, ideal for outdoor dining and letting yourself be lulled by the sea breeze. At the disposal of guests there is also air conditioning in the bedrooms and in the living room, laundry room with washing machine, Wi-Fi connection, private indoor parking space, garden, outdoor shower and built-in barbecue for unforgettable barbecues with friends.
Capilungo, Marina di Alliste, is an authentic and suggestive town in the lower Salento, characterized by a rocky coast, crystal clear waters and a quiet atmosphere, far from mass tourism. The strategic position allows you to reach in a few minutes the beaches of Torre San Giovanni, with its equipped beaches and stretches of golden sand, or the lively coastal towns such as Gallipoli and Santa Maria di Leuca, rich in restaurants, clubs and tradition. Villetta Kampure is therefore the ideal base for discovering all the beauty of Salento, without sacrificing privacy and relaxation.
 
N.B.: The cost of cleaning includes the set of sheets and towels, breakfast supply for the first three days, utility costs, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, check-in/check-out.

For check in and check out outside the indicated time slot, at the request of the customer, and subject to acceptance, an additional cost is required:
- for check-ins after 20:30 and until 22:00 extra cost of euro 30.00;
- for check-ins from 22:00 to 0:00 extra cost of euro 50.00;
- for checks in from midnight to 7:00 euro 100.00.
For early check-outs, at the request of the customer and subject to acceptance, an extra cost of euro 30.00 is required from 6 to 8.
