Villa Ignatia is a charming villa surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. It sleeps 23 people. From Villa Ignatia you will enjoy a charming view of the surrounding countryside and of the sea at a distance. Villa Ignatia is 380 square meters (4100 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private terrace, private patios, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 2.5 km (1.5 miles) from Racale, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant and a grocery store at 2 km (roughly 1.2 miles) and the closest beach (Racale Beach) at 3.6 km (roughly 2.2 miles). You will reach Villa Ignatia from the parking area going up a route that includes approximately four stairway steps.
To stay at Villa Ignatia you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate. Please note that access to Villa Ignatia is along a narrow road.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 7 meters (23 feet) large by 18 meters (59 feet) long, from 90 centimeters (2.9 feet) to 2 meters (6.6 feet) deep. The swimming pool has a sinuous shape. The area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun loungers and external showers, and it is partly shaded by awnings and by a characteristic pergola with a bamboo roof. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a characteristic view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. The pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of October.
Terrace
The terrace is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. You will reach it going up a route that includes approximately ten stairway steps. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with tables, chairs and sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy a lovely view of the swimming pool and, partially, of the sea at a distance.
Patio 1
The first patio is 60 square meters (645 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the patio. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has two small windows, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit, and you will also find a mini refrigerator and a ceiling fan. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, decorated with majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.

The dining table can accommodate six guests. The kitchen is also equipped with a satellite television (local channels). From the kitchen a French door will take you to the garden.
