Welcome travellers! Experience this beautiful 3BR House of Character, nestled in the historic heart of Rabat. With its traditional features & rustic charm, this home offers a unique stay steeped in history and architecture.
Our guests are welcomed with large living spaces, super comfy sofa, outdoor areas with amazing views, large bedrooms and to top it all of a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for those longer welcomed stays!

Living Spaces| Step into our living room, where you'll find the heart of the house. Immerse yourself in the authentic Maltese architecture and rustic details that tell the story of the island's rich heritage.A dedicated room, with comfortable SOFA, large coffee table and a TV. Also included in this apartment is a dining area, fit for 4/5 guests to have a good meal !

Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils and necessary things to fix a good meal! The kitchen also boosts an oven and an electric hub. - The kitchen is equipped for both long and short term rentals !
Bedrooms| 3 bedroom. Main bedroom includes a double bed, complete with a quaint Maltese balcony, offering a glimpse into Rabat's traditional architecture. Second bedroom includes 2 single beds while the last bedroom has one 1 single bed.
For over and above 5 guests we will open the sofa bed which could easily accommodate 2 additional guests.
Bathrooms| 2 bathrooms, one having a shower while the other includes a bathtub.

Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night sleep, all linens provided are of highest quality and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.

Getting around Rabat and its neighboring cities in Malta is relatively easy and convenient due to the island's compact size and well-developed transportation infrastructure. Here's some information on how to get around:
1. Public Transport:
Buses: Malta's public bus system is extensive and connects Rabat to various parts of the island, including major cities like Valletta, Sliema, and St. Julian's. You can purchase tickets on the bus or use a contactless card for convenience.
Ferries: Depending on your destination, you can take ferries to nearby islands, such as Gozo or Comino, from the nearby Cirkewwa Ferry Terminal.
2. Taxis:
Taxis are readily available in Rabat and throughout Malta. You can either hail one on the street or book a taxi in advance. Make sure to confirm the fare with the driver before starting your journey. 3. Rental Cars:
If you prefer flexibility and independence, you can rent a car from various rental agencies in Rabat or at the Malta International Airport. Keep in mind that driving in Malta follows the left-hand traffic rule, and parking can sometimes be challenging in crowded areas.
4. Walking:
Rabat's compact size makes it an excellent place for exploring on foot. Wander through its historic streets, and you'll discover hidden gems at every turn.
5. Bicycle Rentals:
Malta offers bicycle rental services, which can be a fun and eco-friendly way to explore the towns and countryside. Keep in mind that Malta's roads can be hilly and challenging for cyclists. 6. Ride-Sharing Apps:
Ride-sharing apps like Bolt operate in Malta and can be a convenient and cost-effective way to get around, especially for shorter trips within Rabat and nearby towns. 7. Horse-Drawn Carriages (Calesse):
In some historic areas like Mdina, you might find horse-drawn carriages, known as "calesse," offering guided tours. This can be a unique and nostalgic way to explore the surroundings.
Remember that while Malta is a small island, its roads can be narrow and winding, so plan your routes and transportation options accordingly. Public transportation is generally reliable and offers a cost-effective way to explore Rabat and the rest of Malta.
Very important notes before booking:
1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)
2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.
3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)
4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.
5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.
6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.
7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)
- Shower gels - Liquid Soap - Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom) - Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage - Garbage bags - Linens for the bed - 2 Towels per person
8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATSUP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.
9. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
10. Being in the centre of PV, the apartment has everything within walking distance, but noises especially in the weekend could come through the double glazing. Very important notes before booking:
1. We have STRICT noise policies, therefore when booking, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours and the common areas. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines and immediate vacation of the property.
2. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants and cockroaches are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed.
3. Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to availability of the day however we truly appreciate if check-in and check-out times are always respected.
4. Self check-ins is provided and details and instructions are to be sent 24 hours prior check-in date.
5. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored.
